"Decent shirt, but the sizing claims felt vague"
I ordered a basic tee from shirtmax and, to be fair, it arrived quickly. But the fit was not what I expected based on the product page. They make it sound like the sizing is straightforward, but it felt vague and didn’t really match how the shirt actually fit. The material was also thinner than I thought it would be. For the price, it’s not the worst shirt ever, but I probably wouldn’t order this same one again.

"Good prices, but the minimums got annoying"
The prices were good and the shirts showed up fine, so I can’t really complain there. I was happy with it at first, well, mostly happy, but the minimum order requirement got frustrating. I only needed a couple of sizes to test out and ended up adding more than I actually wanted. Not a bad experience, just not ideal if you’re trying to place a small order.

I found a lot of different styles and sizes without much trouble, which was nice. I feel like having that many options makes it easier to find something that actually works, you know?

"Shirts were just okay"
I ordered a couple of shirts and at first the fit seemed fine, or at least I remember thinking that when I tried them on. After one wash, maybe the second? I might be mixing up the timing, but the fabric started feeling thin and kind of rough. One of the seams also began coming loose sooner than I expected. They’re not terrible shirts, but for the price I thought the quality would be better.

The color was close to what I expected, but the fabric looked different in person than it did in the photos. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely felt a bit misleading. I’m hoping the company can offer some kind of compensation or partial refund for the difference

"Fit was right, thankfully"
I ordered a few shirts from ShirtMax and was relieved that the sizing was actually accurate. I was expecting them to maybe run small, but they fit like my usual size with no tight sleeves or weird short length. The only thing I’d say is the ordering experience wasn’t anything fancy, and I was kind of second-guessing myself until they arrived. But once I tried them on, I was happy with the fit and would order again.

I got the shirts I ordered, and the colors and sizes were exactly right. Nothing was missing from the package, so I really don’t have any complaints. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would say it was a solid purchase.

"Bulk ordering made me feel less stuck"
I used Shirtmax for a bigger shirt order, and the bulk tools made a huge difference. At first I felt kind of trapped trying to figure out how to manage all the sizes and colors without messing something up, but once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. It was nice not having to click back and forth a million times. Prices were good too, and I’d probably use them again

i ordered a few tees and the colors were pretty much exactly what i saw online. there wasn’t any weird shade difference, and even the navy looked right in person. overall, i’m really happy with them.

My order from ShirtMax showed up in really good shape. I’m always a little picky about packaging, especially when I’m trying to save money and not overpay for basics, but everything came clean and neatly folded. The box wasn’t smashed or torn, and none of the shirts had weird marks or damage. It’s a small thing, but I’ve definitely had cheaper orders from other places arrive looking rough, so I appreciated this. For the price, I was happy and would order again.

"Easy return and refund came faster than I expected"
I had to send back a few shirts from ShirtMax because I totally guessed wrong on the size. i’m a little biased toward any store that doesn’t make returns feel like a whole project, and their return page was simple enough that I didn’t have to email back and forth with anyone.
The refund came through quickly once they got the package back, which was a nice surprise. I was expecting it to be annoying, but it really wasn’t. I’d order from them again, though next time I’m definitely checking the sizing more carefully.

I was able to find shirts easily, and the filters definitely helped narrow things down. A couple of pages loaded kind of slow for me, which threw me off a bit because I wasn't sure if the site was stuck or just taking its time. Overall though, it was fairly simple to get around.

Checking out on shirtmax.com was easy overall. I got through the cart and payment steps without any real issues, and everything was laid out clearly enough that I didn’t feel lost.

It did feel a little plain, though, and I found myself double checking my info a few times, like maybe the site was keeping things minimal on purpose so you’d just move through without thinking too much. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest or most polished one either

"Easy order and nice payment options"
I used Shirtmax for a small order and it was smooth, I liked that they had a few different payment options because I didn’t feel boxed into using just one thing and that made it easier for me at checkout. The whole process was simple enough and didn’t take long, the only thing is I wish the confirmation email had come through a little quicker, but overall I had a good experience.
